OH³ Leadership is a development program to equip potential, emerging and established leaders in all ministries at Oak Hills.

What does the H³ mean?

H to the Third Power. It's about enhancing what you know (Head), what you are gifted to do (Hands), and most of all, your character - who you are (Heart).

Who is OH³ for?

It's for you if you are currently leading or you want to learn how to lead in your ministry at Oak Hills. While this program is open to all, it is specifically desinged to train and develop leaders.

How do I get started?

Register for the one-hour Orientation session.

How much does it cost?

Some classes may have study material that you will purchase. Otherwise, the only cost is your time.

If I join in, does that mean I'm automatically a leader?

No. We believe leaders are called by God and are distinguished by their character. This can only be seen over time as we serve others.

Will I be expected to take all these classes?

No. This is a cafeteria-style curriculum. You determine the pathway best suited to your needs.
